Dale is the patriarch of Seaquist Orchards, a family business that has been growing, processing and selling apple and cherry products for many years. Barbara Luhring talks to Dan about his history with this iconic Door County meal that dates back to his childhood in Baileys Harbor when his parents ran the Panter Hotel. In fact during the podcast Eunice receives a call from her newest client, a specialty foods store at Egg Harbor’s Liberty Square.
