Marge Grutzmacher was my First Grade Teacher in Sturgeon Bay in 1974-75. To this day she is amonst the top 10 most influencial & important people in my life. Her extraordinary dedication to every student was so remarkable to me. Her insight & wisdom is such a valuable asset and she has most certainly become one of Door County's most beloved citizens.

I have just finished listening to this podcast. It was fun and I enjoyed hearing the history of Sister Bay and Door Cnty from Al's perspective.

I worked at Al's when I was 19 washing dishes in the fall of '95 and '96 and always look back at my time there with fondness.

Please pass on my regards to Al, Lars, Rolph and Annicka.

Check out the latest, recorded in December on the subject of the 50th anniversary of Jack Kerouac’s On the Road. It was a wild podcast featuring Norb, Ron Whitehead and Rob Zoschke and the spirit of Kerouac. Listen in - its a great way to warm up your brain on a cold winter’s night. [...]

I attended the opening night performance of this amazing production. I plan to see the show numerous times, not just because my daughter is a part of the cast, but because Isadoora has evolved into an outstanding theater company. The music, the singing, the dancing, the acting!!! What can I say? It was way beyond anything I was expecting!

I've seen Broadway productions - and this production was superb! To think that local people could put on such a professional show is absolutely amazing. Congratulations to all who were involved in putting this together. It is something that Door County can truly be proud of!

My daughter turned down the lead role in her high school musical so she could be part of this professional production. At first, I wasn't too sure about that decision, but after seeing the quality of this production, I know she made the right choice. I'd encourage everyone who'd like to see a Broadway show right here in Door County to attend a performance of Chicago. You won't be disappointed. And hats off to Isadoora for taking on the tremendous challenge of putting on such an elaborate production!

[...] Have you ever been at an event and thought how great it would be to be able to share it with a friend or group of people who were not able to attend? I have. So in 2006 we created several event podcasts that we made available to the public at DoorPodshow.com. Our event podcasts include documentation of the Steel Bridge Songfest in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin featuring Pat McDonald and Jackson Browne; PBS’ Antiques Roadshow from Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and the Door County Century Bike Ride. All of these events were entertainment related events that I wanted to share with others. I knew this technology could also be applied successfully to businesses, small, medium, and large. So later in 2006 3W Design created two corporate event podcasts [...]
